Kiwi Construction is 100% owned and managed by Martin Smith. Managing Director, Martin has over 15 years of experience in the building industry.

He and his team have worked with many architects and designers, and have a strong and trusting relationship with Auckland building inspectors, and other local territorial authorities, and this has taken considerable time and effort. We are also known to many engineers, both structural, Geotechnical, Civil, and Drainage.

Building is such passion to all who work for Kiwi Construction, and we work alongside a dedicated team of experienced contractors and suppliers. We have real attention to detail and we take your ideas from concept to creation.
