Garage Removal & Outdoor Entertainment Areas Upgrade 

This consented building project consisted of the removal of the old existing semi-attached garage, and the old back decks, to transform the back yard into a family-friendly private oasis with a new back deck, along with the addition of a new internal garage and upper floor extension above it, to allow for a new bedroom and a second bathroom.

Remodelling Existing Living Spaces

We had the chance to modernize the existing living spaces inside the principal house to create a new contemporary feel inside, and new double glazed joinery units to capture the beautiful views throughout, looking back over Takapuna.
