Converting Residential Property Into Commercial Property

Norman and Lucy, the owners of the medical practice approached us with their plans to convert an existing residential property into a commercial medical practice.

They had specific needs that needed to be met, and with careful designing, we set about the construction and creation of the new practice.

Medical Centre Construction

The project consisted of a reception, three new consultation rooms, an accessible toilet, and a private staff kitchen and bathroom. 

There certainly were obstacles and changes to the design as there often is with existing buildings, but what has transpired is a new modern contemporary, light, and airy feel to the new medical centre.
