New Upper Studio Room

This consented building project for a Mt Eden Villa consisted of fully gutting the inside of the old girl and creating a new extension to the back of the Villa, along with a new upper office room/study nook, located within the existing roof space area. 

Double Glazing Windows

An additional scullery, temperature-controlled wine room, principal bathroom, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, powder room and laundry were extensively renovated, along with the modernisation of all the existing 4 bedrooms. The existing windows were all retrofitted with double glazing and had all the pulley mechanics replaced, along with a full repaint of both inside and out of the entire house. This villa really is an entertainer’s home, especially given its close proximity to Eden Park. This old villa now stands proud in the heart of Mt Eden.
