Transforming Auckland Villas

This villa underwent an extensive renovation on the inside, with not a single room left untouched. The consented project consisted of transforming the living spaces within, as well as carrying out an extensive addition to the back of the house, along with a new covered deck with skylights and a colonial-style balustrade to suit the villa period.

Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation

The interior revealed a large family room, with a new dining and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining. A newly renovated principal bathroom, along with an ensuite and laundry were transformed.

The bedrooms were stripped out, insulated, and all the windows were retrofitted with double glazing, whilst keeping the charm and character of the old classic villa style windows, with their surroundings.

New Electrical Design & Hard Landscaping 

A revamp of the existing central heating system was installed, all new electrics, as well as final landscaping, works were undertaken to create an entertainer’s oasis that could really be showcased!!
